Since 1995 the eckythump series has
been renowned as one of the most amazing series of parties to date. With a
unique style of djs and venues each event has made its mark in history.
Due to popular demand, the Australian dance scenes longest running underground
event is back for one more explosive night. You are invited to celebrate the New
Year in true eckythump style. If you're an oldskooler or a first timer, this is
one night not to be missed! With over 31
eckythumps in the space of 12 years, this will be a history making occasion, as
the boys from eckythump team up with Australias leading dance party production
company, BLM Production Services. BLM is renowned for producing the lighting and
sound for most of Sydneys major dance parties, raves and music festivals in
venues such as Sydney Entertainment Centre and The Acer Arena. They are the only
company that specializes in dance music events, with an amazing repertoire that
spans across 15 years. BLM will bring to the stage all their knowledge and
know-how, to produce what we believe will be one of the most spectacular
productions ever seen at an event of this size. To BLM there is no such thing as
over-doing it!
Over the years eckythumps have been held in a selection of venues that can only
be described as amazing. This is one attribute that has not been met by any
other event to date. In keeping with this tradition, eckythump NYE will be held
in a venue which we believe to be one of our best so far, in true underground
style. To keep the oldskool element of excitement we will not be announcing the
venue until the night, this venue will blow you away!
